How much does a custom website cost with Black Track?

Black Track has four packages priced in USD: Launch at $490 (up to 3 pages), Business at $950 (up to 5 pages), Growth at $1,900 (up to 8 pages, with motion) and Signature Immersive from $3,900 (up to 10 pages, with one 3D section). The domain is billed separately, and managed static hosting is included for the first 6 months on eligible sites. After that, hosting only is $120 a year, or the Care plan at $49 a month adds monthly checks, fixes and small edits.

Where is Black Track based, and do you work with clients in other countries?

Black Track has web teams in India and Dubai and works remotely with clients worldwide. We reply to email and WhatsApp within 12 hours, share progress on private preview links, and schedule calls at a time that suits both time zones.

How do payments work?

Projects are invoiced after you approve a written quotation: 50% to start, 40% when you review the full site and 10% before launch and handover. The quotation states the price, currency, deliverables, payment method, applicable taxes and any separately agreed payment-processing charges.

Can you produce the video, photography or 3D for the site?

Yes. Black Track Studio, our in-house production team, makes video cutdowns, motion graphics, 3D assets, photography and colour grading. These are add-ons, quoted per project in the same written quotation as the website.

How long does a website take?

Launch takes 5–7 business days, Business 7–12, Growth 12–18 and Signature Immersive 18–30 business days. The timeline starts once the deposit is paid and your content is ready.

Which industries do you build websites for?

Black Track builds websites for businesses in every industry, including hotels and hospitality, restaurants and cafés, real estate, healthcare and clinics, education, media and film, electrical and engineering firms, civil and construction companies, hardware and manufacturing, startups and agencies. The packages and terms are the same for every industry.

Do you work white-label for agencies?

Yes. Design and branding agencies can hire Black Track to build websites, including motion and 3D, under the agency's name. Credit, confidentiality and handover are agreed in writing before the project starts.

What happens if something breaks after launch?

Defects in what we built are fixed free for 30 days after launch. After that, the Care plan ($49 a month) covers fixes, monthly checks and small edits, or work is quoted at $50 per hour. Nothing is billed without your approval.
