What a website needs, industry by industry.

Black Track builds custom websites for businesses in every industry. A restaurant needs a menu that loads in a second on a phone; an engineering firm needs capability pages a tender team can check. Below is what each kind of site needs, the package that usually fits and its USD price.

01 Hospitality

Websites for hotels, resorts and guest houses

Usually Business ($950) or Growth ($1,900)

A hotel website has one job: turn a browsing guest into a booking enquiry. It should show rooms, rates or "from" prices, location and what is nearby within the first screen, and work fast on a phone, because most guests find a stay on mobile.

  • Room and suite pages with photos, sizes and inclusions
  • Location, directions and nearby attractions
  • A booking enquiry form, or a link to your booking engine
  • Seasonal offers that staff can update

02 Restaurants

Websites for restaurants, cafés and bars

Usually Launch ($490) or Business ($950)

Restaurant visitors want four things fast: the menu, opening hours, where you are and how to book. A restaurant site should put all four on the first screen and serve the menu as real text, not a PDF, so it loads quickly and search engines can read it.

  • A text menu with prices and dietary labels
  • Opening hours, map and parking or transit notes
  • Reservations by form, phone or your booking platform
  • Food photography (our studio can shoot it as an add-on)

03 Real estate

Websites for developers, agents and property firms

Usually Growth ($1,900) or Signature (from $3,900)

A property website sells a place before anyone visits it. Each project or listing needs its own page with floor plans, specifications, location and progress, plus an enquiry form on every page. A scroll-driven walkthrough or one 3D section can show a development better than a gallery.

  • Project or listing pages by type, with floor plans
  • Construction progress updates
  • Site-visit and brochure request forms
  • Optional 3D walkthrough or exploded floor view (Signature)

04 Healthcare

Websites for clinics, hospitals and practices

Usually Business ($950) or Growth ($1,900)

Patients arrive worried and in a hurry. A clinic website should explain services in plain language, show the doctors and their qualifications, and make an appointment request possible in a few taps. It must also be accessible: readable text, strong contrast and full keyboard and screen-reader support.

  • Service pages written in plain language
  • Doctor profiles with qualifications
  • Appointment request form (no medical records are stored on the site)
  • Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA

05 Education

Websites for schools, colleges and course providers

Usually Business ($950) or Growth ($1,900)

An education website serves parents, students and staff at once. It needs programmes or courses with dates and fees, an admissions path and news or events that are easy to keep current, all organised so each visitor finds their part quickly.

  • Programme or course pages with dates and fees
  • Admissions or enrolment enquiry
  • Events and news sections
  • Faculty or trainer profiles

06 Media and film

Websites for production companies, post houses and media brands

Usually Growth ($1,900) or Signature (from $3,900)

When the work moves, the website should show it moving. A reel-led site needs video that starts fast without heavy players, project pages with proper credits, and a clear route for commissioners to get in touch. Black Track Studio, part of our group, can cut the showreel and trailers.

  • Showreel and project pages with credits
  • Fast, lightweight video loops
  • Team and capabilities
  • Video cutdowns and motion graphics as studio add-ons

07 Electrical and engineering

Websites for electrical contractors and engineering firms

Usually Business ($950) or Growth ($1,900)

Engineering buyers check before they call. The website should list capabilities, certifications, sectors and service areas clearly, show completed projects with real specifications, and offer a quote or RFQ form that collects the details your team needs.

  • Capability and service pages
  • Certifications and compliance
  • Project case pages with specifications
  • Quote or RFQ enquiry form

08 Civil and construction

Websites for civil and construction companies

Usually Growth ($1,900)

A construction website wins trust through finished work. It needs a project gallery organised by sector, with scale, location and scope for each job, plus safety and quality credentials and a route for tender or project enquiries.

  • Project gallery by sector, with scope and scale
  • Safety, quality and accreditation details
  • Equipment and capacity
  • Tender and project enquiry form

09 Hardware and manufacturing

Websites for manufacturers and hardware products

Usually Growth ($1,900) or Signature (from $3,900)

Physical products are easier to understand when visitors can see inside them. Product pages with an exploded view, a scroll-driven breakdown or one 3D section show how a product works, while specification tables and downloads keep the details searchable.

  • Product pages with specification tables
  • Exploded views or one 3D section (Signature)
  • Datasheet downloads
  • Distributor or sales enquiry form

10 Startups and tech

Websites for startups and tech companies

Usually Launch ($490) to Growth ($1,900)

A startup website has seconds to explain a new product. It needs a sharp headline, a clear "how it works" section and a single call to action, and it should be easy to extend page by page as the company grows. Start with Launch and upgrade when you need more pages.

  • Product story and "how it works" section
  • Pricing or waitlist page
  • Team and investor-ready about page
  • Built to add pages as the company grows

11 Agencies

White-label website builds for agencies

Quoted per project

Design and branding agencies can hire Black Track to build their clients' websites, including motion and 3D sections, from the agency's designs and under the agency's name. Credit, confidentiality and handover are agreed in writing before work starts.

  • Built from your Figma or design files
  • Motion, scroll and 3D sections
  • Your name on the work; terms in writing

FAQ Industries

Questions by industry.

Do prices change by industry?

No. Every industry gets the same four packages: Launch at $490, Business at $950, Growth at $1,900 and Signature Immersive from $3,900, all in USD. The price depends on the number of pages and features, not the industry.

Have you built websites for my industry before?

Our live work so far is our own group's websites. For hospitality, restaurants, real estate, healthcare, education and industrial firms we have built concept sites, clearly labelled as concepts, that show how we would structure them. We don't present concepts as client work.

Can the website take bookings, appointments or payments?

The site can send booking and appointment requests through a form, or link to the booking, reservation or payment platform you already use. Connecting up to two such services is part of the Growth package; other connections are quoted first.

Not sure which package fits your business?

Send a short brief. We reply within 12 hours with questions and a recommended package, then a written quotation in USD.
