How a project runs, from brief to handover.
Every Black Track project follows the same five milestones, the same payment schedule and the same written terms. Our web teams in India and Dubai work remotely with clients worldwide, mostly in writing, with calls booked at a time that suits both sides.

Brief and written quote
You tell us what you need; we reply with a few questions, then a written quote with what's included, the price, the timeline and how to pay.

Plan
What every page says, and in what order, agreed with you before design starts.

Design and motion
Colours, type and layout for the key pages, plus previews of anything that moves. You send your changes as one list per round.

Build and your review
We build the full site, then you test it on a private link, on your phone and computer, before anything goes live.

Launch and handover
We connect your domain, set up Google search and hand over the files and logins. Free fixes for 30 days after launch.

02 Payments
50% to start, 40% when you review the full site, 10% before launch.
Projects are invoiced after you approve a written quotation. The quotation states the price, currency, deliverables, payment method, applicable taxes and any separately agreed payment-processing charges. There is no checkout or card payment on this website.

- 40% when the full site is ready for you to review on a private link.
- 10% before launch and handover.
03 Changes
One round is one combined list of changes.
Gather comments from everyone on your side into a single list, then send it. We make all the changes in that list as one round. Launch and Business include 2 rounds; Growth and Signature Immersive include 3.
Feedback that arrives in pieces, or that changes the agreed scope, can stretch the timeline. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted first.
04 Ownership
Your domain, your accounts, your site.
The domain is billed separately and registered in your name, so you always control it. At launch, after the final payment, we hand over the site and its access. The written quotation lists exactly what the handover includes.
05 Timelines
5 to 30 business days, depending on the package.
- Launch: 5–7 business days
- Business: 7–12 business days
- Growth: 12–18 business days
- Signature Immersive: 18–30 business days
The clock starts when the deposit is paid and your content (text, logos, images) is ready. If you need help with copy or media, our studio can produce it as a quoted add-on.
06 Time zones
Mostly in writing, calls when they help.
Black Track's web teams are in India and Dubai, and work remotely. Most of a project happens in writing, which suits teams in any time zone:
- Email is the main channel, so every decision is on record. We reply to email and WhatsApp within 12 hours.
- Private preview links let your team check the real site whenever suits them.
- Calls (video or voice) are scheduled at a time that suits both sides.
- WhatsApp is there for quick questions, and our direct line (+91 99162 11277) is answered 24/7. For anything urgent, call or WhatsApp.
07 After launch
30 days of free fixes, then a care plan if you want one.
For 30 days after launch we fix, free of charge, anything we built that doesn't work as agreed. Managed static hosting is included for the first 6 months on eligible static sites. After that, choose hosting only at $120 per year, Care at $49 a month (hosting, monthly checks, fixes and up to 1 hour of edits) or Care Plus at $149 a month. New pages and features are quoted before any work starts; see after-launch plans.
