Privacy notice
Short version: this site has no accounts, no cookies and no form database. Your brief only reaches us when you send it yourself, by email or WhatsApp.
Who we are
This website, web.blacktrackgroup.com, is run by Black Track Group, a creative media, entertainment and marketing group based in India. For anything about your personal data, email studio@blacktrack.in.
The enquiry form
The brief form asks for your name, work email, country, and, if you choose, your company, budget and timeline, plus a description of the project. It does not send anything to this website or store anything here. When you press a send button, your browser builds a message from what you typed and either:
- opens your own email app with a message addressed to studio@blacktrack.in, or
- opens WhatsApp (wa.me) with a message to our company number, +91 94808 34668.
Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app or WhatsApp. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC (Meta) under its own privacy policy. If you'd rather not use WhatsApp, use email.
What we do with your enquiry
We use the details you send to reply, to prepare a quotation and, if you hire us, to run the project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to answer them and, if a project follows, for the project and any records we must keep by law. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Analytics
This site does not currently use analytics. If we add it, we will use a cookieless tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and update this notice first.
Third parties that load content
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and request details to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.
- Google Fonts supplies the typefaces. Your browser requests the fonts from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Cloudinary serves our logo images, which also involves your IP address reaching its servers.
No cookies are set by this site.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability. Email studio@blacktrack.in and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our teams are in India and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), so if you contact us from elsewhere your message is processed in those countries and by the email or messaging provider you choose.
Changes
If this notice changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
